What do I do if a product is out of stock at Bunnings?
If your local Bunnings store is out of stock, we recommend asking a team member if the product is available as a special order. You can also check which products are available via the Bunnings website.
Are Unreal Hedge and Plants products suitable for outdoor use?
All UN-REAL tiles, luxury tiles, and expandable trellis are UV treated for outdoor conditions. The UV protection is embedded in the plastic and is not just an external coating.
There is also a range of plants that are UV treated, and suitable for outdoor use (these can be identified on the product tag).
Do products come with a warranty?

Warranty Limitations: Please note, our warranty specifically covers issues related to sunlight exposure, including fading and UV damage. However, it does not extend to damage arising from inadequate fixings, extreme weather conditions, impacts, climbing, animals, or other external factors.
